I think I might end up with something like "keywords like ATProto or PDS only match from a limited set of users and some others from anyone" (I have something somewhat similar in the iOSDev feed, it just has a hardcoded list of ~100 users that match keywords from a second list)

Secretly I wish you had an iOSDev feed day pass system so I could post the Xcode 26 CI test fix without my stupid other posts clogging up everything 😆
